Soothe sore muscles, ease tension, and bounce back faster. This cooling magnesium spray is powered by doTERRA Ice Blue® essentials — Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Blue Tansy, and Helichrysum — to support muscle recovery and reduce post-workout or daily tightness.

DIRECTIONS

Spray on legs, arms, or wherever you are feeling sore, tight or crampy.

It's normal to experience a tingly sensation initially when Magnesium levels are low. 

Highly recommend by starting on the soles of your feet if you dislike the feeling on your skin.

If using on children start by applying a spray to the soles of each foot. Can be diluted with water if needed
